DACHSER performs services for its customers on the basis of a wide range of legal principles and regulations. In addition to optimizing our physical transport services, the provision of relevant information also forms part of our philosophy of providing service.

We therefore make salient regulations under transport law and insurance-relevant conditions available for download. 

GENERAL

Applicable for Germany:

We operate exclusively in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders´ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017). Explicit reference is made to the liability regulations set forth in the ADSp 2017 deviating from the legal provisions. The ADSp 2017 are available at any time at http://www.dachser.de/gtc and will be delivered by request.

In other countries, too, DACHSER in principle operates on the basis of the respective relevant national Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions. For more details as well as exceptions to this rule, please contact your responsible DACHSER branch.
