The logistics provider’s Austrian branch was tasked with organizing the transport, within the absolute shortest time frame, of two containers with pharmaceuticals from Vienna to a patient with a life-threatening illness who was being treated in the Sultanate of Oman. Fine-tuned logistical prowess played a critical role here because the time slot for the shipment was extremely tight.
