DACHSER Hong Kong Limited is now looking for high caliber candidate for the position of Customer Service Clerk.

The position:

  • Co-ordinate with operations for inbound & outbound shipment
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
  • Handle the shipment schedule, cargo volume and Transit time with customers
  • Update various weekly/monthly report

Who are you?

  • Form 5 education or above with 1-2 years customer services experience in warehouse/transportation industry
  • Knowledge of handling inbound & outbound shipments is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hands-on WMS and PC operations including MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Pro-active and be a good team player
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Work Location: Tsing Yi
