Christmas blank sailings, South Africa port congestion

Due to the Christmas and New Year's Eve holidays, there will be blank sailings from Far East to Europe in week 46/47 to avoid vessels arrival during the holidays.

Port congestion in South Africa

The ongoing congestion in Durban port leads to an average of three to four days delay in vessels berthing and sailing. The current situation is expected to continue for the next four to five weeks. Kindly be aware of a possible congestion surcharge.

Far East - Europe - Far East

Rates are expected to remain stable, space is available for the near future.

Far East - South America East Coast

Vessels are sailing full. Extra loaders were deployed to clean up the backlog. The rate is high and may increase further.
