DACHSER Nordics and Frigoscandia under joint management
Kristian Jönsson now heads up the logistics provider's entire Nordics business
Kristian Jönsson, 49, from Sweden, has been Managing Director of DACHSER Nordics since February 1. In his new role, he is responsible for the three business lines DACHSER European Logistics, DACHSER Food Logistics, and DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics in the four Nordic country organizations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
Kristian Jönsson has been managing the DACHSER subsidiary Frigoscandia since August 2024. DACHSER acquired the food logistics company with locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland at the beginning of 2024. Kristian Jönsson brings more than 20 years of international management experience at Coresec Systems and Elfa International to his new position. Jönsson holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Lund University in Sweden.

Integration of Frigoscandia into DACHSER
Frigoscandia has been a wholly owned subsidiary of DACHSER since the beginning of 2024. Its gradual integration into the processes and systems of the European DACHSER Food Logistics network is currently well underway.
The appointment of Kristian Jönsson is a further step toward standardizing and streamlining the management and organizational structure in the Nordic region.
