DACHSER wins award for contract logistics service

The readers of the trade journal LOGISTIK HEUTE have cast their votes and elected the best logistics brands for 2017. In the category of “Contract Logistics Services,” DACHSER was delighted to win second place in the online poll, out of a total of 42 logistics providers.

Alexander Tonn, Corporate Director Corporate Contract Logistics, was presented with the award by Thilo Jörgl, editor-in-chief of LOGISTIK HEUTE, and Dr. Thomas Wimmer, Chairman of the Executive Board for Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL). “We are very proud to receive this award. The readers’ choice shows that our integrated warehouse and transport services are well received in the marketplace.”

DACHSER has invested in the expansion

DACHSER has invested in the expansion of its contract logistics services and has created over 350,000 square meters of additional warehouse space with more than 300,000 pallet spaces in just the last two years. DACHSER is now able to offer its customers over two million pallet spaces in almost 200 warehouses on four continents.
