DACHSER will once again be presenting its comprehensive contract logistics offering at LogiMAT 2024, which will take place in Stuttgart from March 19 to 21, 2024. The trade fair presentation (hall 7, stand C02) will focus on integrated supply chain solutions.

DACHSER expands its warehouse capacities in Rottenburg am Neckar
DACHSER has opened a new warehouse in Rottenburg am Neckar, in addition to its existing warehouse space. As a result, the location in the Ergenzingen-Ost industrial estate is increasing its warehousing capacity to a total of around 46,000 pallet spaces. Construction work on the new facility had begun in February of this year.
DACHSER brings zero-emission deliveries to downtown Hamburg
DACHSER is ushering in a new era in city logistics by bringing its sustainable DACHSER Emission-Free Delivery concept to Hamburg. The logistics provider began zero-local-emission deliveries of non-refrigerated shipments to downtown recipients in August.
DACHSER announces twelve more zero-emission delivery areas in Europe
DACHSER is significantly expanding its emission-free delivery of non-chilled groupage shipments to defined downtown areas. By the end of 2025, the logistics provider plans to launch DACHSER Emission-Free Delivery in twelve more European cities: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dublin, Hamburg, Cologne, London, Malaga, Rotterdam, Stockholm, Toulouse, Warsaw, and Vienna. In addition, the company will expand its existing zero-emission delivery area in Paris.

DACHSER is planning zero-emission delivery areas in ten more cities
The DACHSER Emission-Free Delivery concept for city-center deliveries, which started as a research and innovation project, has proven hugely successful. There are already twelve zero-local-emission city-center delivery areas for non-chilled goods in the DACHSER network at present, and further growth is planned: at least ten more major European cities are set to follow by 2025.
DACHSER to increase its logistics space in Rottenburg am Neckar
DACHSER is further expanding storage capacity for its customers by establishing an additional warehouse in Rottenburg am Neckar. Located in the Stuttgart metropolitan region, this new building will cover approximately 11,500 m2. Operations are expected to commence in August 2023.
Warehouse efficiency: DACHSER at LogiMAT 2023
Automation and efficiency in the warehouse are the main topics at DACHSER's stand at LogiMAT 2023. From April 25 to 27, 2023, the logistics provider will be demonstrating in Stuttgart how new technologies increase flexibility, support employees, and ensure greater cost efficiency. Mercedes-Benz Trucks and DACHSER sign Letter of Intent: Order for 50 eActros LongHaul
With Letter of Intent, DACHSER opts for battery-electric long-haul truck from Mercedes-Benz Trucks. The E-truck with a range of around 500 km will be ready for series production by 2024. The eActros LongHaul as a swap body vehicle with a storage height of 1,120 mm is another component of DACHSER’s climate protection strategy.
DACHSER delivers to Munich's city centre with zero emissions
DACHSER Emission-Free Delivery is being launched in the Bavarian capital. In a defined inner-city area, the logistics provider is now delivering all parcel and general cargo deliveries with zero emissions. FUSO eCanter electric trucks are being used for this purpose.

Production bottlenecks, fragile global supply chains, and a container shortage have further increased the demand for small and predictable shipment sizes in sea freight. Integrated contract logistics for stable supply chains

The distribution concept for inner cities means that all parcel and groupage deliveries will be made with zero emissions, on local level, in a defined area of the city.
